Will my nintendo AC adapter work with my FC Twin?

I believe that my FC twin has an adapter that is 600 mA and the Nintendo has one that is 800 mA. I picked up some stuff from my parents house, hoping to play DK on two players, and realized that I grabbed the wrong ac adapter. Any hacks or suggestions? Do I just have to go back and get the other adapter? It is a long drive, that is why I’m asking.

No. It the rating is to high you will fry your resistors and melt the rest. I did that with a rechargeable spotlight once.
