Does the bible mention anything about ghost hunting?

I was just wondering. I thought I ran over something that mentioned not messing with the dead in the bible, but that was quite a while ago, and I can’t remember. My class is going ghost hunting next week, I don’t think I should go!

Not specifically in the words “ghost hunting” but it DEFINITELY mentions that those inquiring of the dead (and who partake in any and all kinds of practices related to spiritism in general) are UTTERLY DETESTABLE to almighty God.
