does anyone know how to make part of a picture black and white, and a part color useing psp?

i have a picture and i want to make the eyes green but the rest black and white, i am useing p2p 11.

If you know how to make custom selections (I mean not just rectangular ones but outline the eyes) then convert your selection to B&W.I take it you wanted the eyes in colour so you may need to invert selection and then apply B&W.
Another method would be to duplicate your layer, convert the upper one to B&W, then erase part of the eyes in the upper one so that the second one (B&W) appears through the ‘hole’
